Acceptance

By using Growy (operated by GRIBOV LLC) you agree to these terms. Growy helps creators build content from their own media and publish it to their own connected Instagram account. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.

Your account & content

You are responsible for the content you create and publish through Growy and for having the rights to it. You keep ownership of your content. You agree not to use Growy for anything unlawful or that violates Instagram's or Meta's platform policies.

Instagram connection

When you connect Instagram, you authorize Growy to publish content you explicitly ask us to publish and to read stats for your own account. We only act on accounts you have connected, and only when you take an action. You can disconnect at any time.

Availability

Growy is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Your use of Growy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
