Who we are

Growy (“Growy”, “we”, “us”), operated by GRIBOV LLC, provides a tool at app.growy.io that turns a topic into an Instagram carousel — Growy writes the text and places it on the user's own photos — and lets a creator or business publish it to their own connected Instagram account. This policy explains exactly what data we access and how we store, use and delete it. Contact: hello@growy.io.

What we collect

  • Your email address, so you can sign in.
  • When you connect Instagram: the access token Instagram issues to us, your Instagram account ID and username, and the profile / media metrics needed to show your stats.
  • The content you create or publish through Growy — the photos, videos and captions you upload.

How we use each Instagram permission

  • instagram_business_basic — to identify your connected Instagram Business/Creator account (ID, username, profile) after you authorize it.
  • instagram_business_content_publish — to publish a post (photo, carousel or reel) to your account, and only when you explicitly press “Post to Instagram”.
  • instagram_business_manage_insights — to read metrics for your own account and recent posts (followers, reach, saves, shares) so we can show them on your stats page.

We never post on your behalf without your action, and we never access accounts you have not connected.

How we store it

Your account data and Instagram token are stored in our database (Supabase). Media you upload is stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2). We do not sell your data and do not share your Instagram data with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the product (hosting, database and media storage).

How to delete your data

  • In Growy, use Disconnect Instagram on the home screen — this immediately deletes the Instagram access token we hold.
  • If you remove Growy from your Instagram apps (Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites), Instagram notifies us and we delete your token automatically.
